Eggs- 4 boiled, cumin- ½ teaspoon, rye-½ teaspoon, asafoetida- ¼ teaspoon, bay leaves- 1, cloves- 2-3, large cardamom- 1, small cardamom- 2, red chilli-1, Ginger-Garlic Paste- 1 tsp, onion- 2 finely chopped, tomato-2 puree, curd - 1 tbsp, turmeric powder - ½ teaspoon, red chilli-½ teaspoon, green coriander-finely chopped, oil-2 large Spoon, salt - according to taste

Method :

First, heat oil in the embroidery. Put the whole red chili in it and lightly fry them out and grind them separately.
Now put little oil in the embroidery and fry golden eggs.
Once again, heat the oil in the embroidery and add asafetida, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, sharp leaves, large, small cardamom and cloves. After 1-2 seconds, add red chili paste and then add finely chopped onions and fry them well. Then add red chillies, turmeric, coriander powder and salt. Cook well for 3-4 minutes.
Now add tomato puree, curd and a little quantity of water, cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
After frying 8-10 minutes, add fried eggs and green coriander from above.
